This design, called Carmen, on this wonderful shade of blue is going to look fantastic on a blue eyed gal! This tunic is an awesome new design with the wavy hemline dipping at one hip. The border of the hem is entirely wavy fabric for lots of non cling. It's slit on one side. Jess and Jane is always so comfortable! The jet colors are not mineral washed but are the same fabric.

I love this brand.
This tunic is such nice quality, as is every piece I have from Jess and Jane. The fabric is lightweight but not sheer. The design on the front is unique. Such a great summer top.
