If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, Rosannes accepts returns of unworn, unlaundered, unused and defective merchandise for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Credit is issued to your payment method for returned items when the package arrives (excluding shipping and handling charges) and within the specific parameters below.
For the return of defective merchandise, please email email@example.com A prepaid return label will be emailed. Defects must be obvious upon our inspection.
Please be careful unwrapping the garment and do not remove tags prior to trying on. We do need both tags and the plastic wrap returned. If tags are missing and/or the original plastic wrapper is not returned, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee upon return.
How To Make A Return
Fill out the Return Form included with your package and add to your return.
Cut out the corner of the form with logo, order number, and address to use as a return label.
Repackage the items and securely close the bag or box.

If you need an exchange/replacement, please go to www.rosannes.com and reorder the replacement item ASAP on a new order. We refund for returns and charge you for the new order. Prepaid return label available for exchanges upon request. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery.
Returns for items purchased for Christmas presents need to be returned by January 15.
