Your Satisfaction Matters to Us!

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, Rosannes accepts returns of unworn, unlaundered, unused and defective merchandise for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Credit is issued to your payment method for returned items when the package arrives (excluding original and return shipping charges) and within the specific parameters below.

Please be careful unwrapping the garment and do not remove tags prior to trying on. We do need both tags and the plastic wrap returned. If tags are missing and/or the original plastic wrapper is not returned, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee upon return.


How To Make A Return

Request a return label.
Provide Order #, Styles to return, Reason for return, Your Name and phone number, 
We'll send you a prepaid return label (USPS, post office) in an email that you can print and use.
Label value will be deducted from your return refund when we process the return.
Please only request if you plan to use it. We pay for each when we create them.

Do you want to exchange or replace?

If you need an exchange/replacement, please go to and reorder the replacement item ASAP on a new order. We refund for returns and charge you for the new order.


Exchange orders for any items made within 30 days of the return will earn free shipping out to you if you mention that in the Comments section of the new order.



Returns for items purchased for Christmas presents need to be returned by January 15.


Restocking Fee

If a single style has been ordered in duplicate sizes and any or all are returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee on those items.

Rosannes is a special order company.


Return Form

A dated return form will be included with your order. This must be included with your return.
